After years of hard work, the Bethlehem Municipality had developed an electronic portal for municipal services, enabling citizens to submit and track requests for all municipal services online. Citizens could now interact with their municipal representatives more efficiently, tracking progress electronically and in real time, without the need to wait in long lines or sit on hold on a call. Because this was a new kind of relationship between the city and their municipality, the Bethlehem Municipality reached out to Element Media to create a motion graphics explainer video that would help their constituents understand how to use the system. The video was used on the Bethlehem Municipality’s social media pages and garnered over 49,000 views.
